1. Sponsor
The The Curse That Binds Them Adventure Box Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by World of Dreams Publishing, LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.  Employees, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter.

 

3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on September 19, 2026, when the official Giveaway entry page becomes available, and ends on October 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, visit the official Giveaway entry page and complete the entry form as directed. Limit one entry per person. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing a book or any other product will not increase your chances of winning.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one The Curse That Binds Them Adventure Box containing a collection of book-inspired items and surprises connected to the story. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $75.00. The prize has no cash alternative and may not be transferred or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value if an advertised item becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Odds
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing is expected to take place on or about October 9, 2026. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified using the email address provided with the entry. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of notification and provide any information reasonably necessary for Sponsor to verify eligibility and deliver the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Delivery of Prize
Sponsor will pay the cost of standard shipping of the Adventure Box to the winner at a valid mailing address within the United States. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or other issues occurring after the prize has been transferred to the shipping carrier, except as required by applicable law.

9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, submitted through automated means, or otherwise violate these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Giveaway.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its representatives from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.

11. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, including contacting and verifying the winner and delivering the prize. Information will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy available on the Sloan McBride website.

12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, Sponsor may announce the winner's first name and last initial and state of residence after the winner has been confirmed. No other use of the winner's name, likeness, or personal information will be made for promotional purposes without permission.

​

13. Social Media Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted.
